Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the process of becoming a student?

A: First you need to purchase your membership. This can be done online or in our studio. Second, you need to customize your schedule. This can also be done through our online schedule or in the studio. On your first day of class we will give you a membership card and a tour of the studio.

Q: What do I wear to class?

A: For pole you will want to wear short shorts, a good sports bra, a form fitting tank top, and no shoes. For aerial silk, trapeze, and hoop, the goal is to cover up as much as possible. Long pants, long sleeved shirt, and bare feet are best. For all the other classes, just dress as you would if you were going to the gym: Tennis shoes, sports bra, and comfortable sweats. We have belly dancing skirts for sale in the lobby for our bellly dancing class.

Q: What is the difference between the part time and the full time student package?

A: The part time student package is for students who only want to come to class one time per week. You can pick any class from our schedule to attend. The full time student package is our best deal. You can attend unlimited classes six days a week.

Q: Are students given an opportunity to perform?

A: Yes! Every Saturday 12:00pm-2:00pm our aerial students and teachers do an outdoor performance right on Washington Blvd in Ogden. Also on the first Saturday of each month we host a student recital. It's free to perform and only $3 admission for spectators. This is held at our studio.

Q: Do classes start at the first of the month?

A: No. You can start whenever you want. Just be sure to pick a class that is appropriate to your skill level. For example, if you are brand new to pole dancing, you'll want to pick a "Pole Fitness I" class to start with. Our more traditional dance and fitness classes are great for every level.

Q: Do I have to reserve my space in each class?

A: Yes. All students are required to reserve their space for each class through our online shceduler. If you don't have access to the internet, you can always call the studio to make your weekly schedule with the receptionist at 801-394-3185. You can book your classes up to 10 days in advance.

Q: Can I upgrade my membership?

A: Yes! You can always upgrade to the Unlimited membership. However, you can not downgrade your membership until your contract is up.
